Sooraj Pancholi had left Jiah Khan 10 text messages, minutes before her death – here’s what they were

Sooraj Pancholi has been acquitted in Jiah Khan death case. She was found hanging in her Juhu home back in 2013. Sooraj was also in prison for a month as he was suspected of abetting her demise.

According to a report on Times of India, Sooraj had sent Jiah a bouquet on June 3, 2013. The actress had bagged two films and an item song. He then informed her that he would going out for dinner with a friend.

There was reportedly a misunderstanding as Sooraj called Jiah at 10.04 pm the same night and told her that he was waiting for a jewellery designer. Jiah cross-checked with the designer, who said the meeting was scheduled for the next morning. Jiah then called Sooraj to call him a liar. However, he wanted to give her a surprise, which caused the misunderstanding. Sooraj asked the designer to call Jiah up and clarify the misunderstanding. However, Jiah went to Sooraj’s house and called his househelp since his phone was switched off.

The CCTV footage showed Jiah come to Sooraj’s house and leave at 10.48 pm. Sooraj then sent 10 messages to Jiah between 10.56 pm and 11.21 pm. All the messages went unread.

22:57: You just made my life a prison realy just wanted to eat food with K*** meet N*** and give her your new order. U f****** creep u spy on my shady f****** person! How will we ever work if you do this s***. I always trust you blindly please leave me alone!

22:58: I am very unhappy

23:03: U think I f****** am jealous of your success hahahahhaha! F****** un greatful person

23:03: Talk to N**** and find out for yourself what happened! I..wanted to surprise u on Thursday thanks for f****** it up…when u find out the truth talk to me before that don’t even think about it…how cud u spy on me! With n****! this f****** up!

23:08: call asap its urgent

Jiah’s mother Rabia Khan returned to their Juhu home at 11.20 pm that night and found the actress hanging by the bedroom’s ceiling fan.

CBI had retrieved suicide notes from Jiah’s diary which accused Sooraj of physically and emotionally assaulting Jiah. Rabia shared the information four days after the demise. Thus, the evidence was not considered in court. Eventually, Sooraj was acquitted in the case on April 28.
