Sooryavanshi song Aila Re Aillaa Teaser: Akshay Kumar recreates iconic track with Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh

Ahead of the first song release from Sooryavanshi, the makers have dropped the teaser of the upcoming track. Titled Aila Re Aillaa, the video is picturised on Akshay Kumar who plays the titular role along with Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh as extended cameos. The three actors are seen in the cop look and the 16-second long video also shows them doing the iconic Singham pose. 

The song is the recreated version of Aila Re Aila from Khatta Meetha and sung by Daler Mehndi and composed by Tanishk Bagchi. While the new lyrics are penned by Shabbir Ahmed. The song originally is composed by Pritam and penned by Nitin Raikwar.

The Sooryavanshi song Aila Re Aillaa will be out tomorrow that is, October 21, 2021. 

Talking about Sooryavanshi, the film marks Akshay's first outing with Rohit on the big screen. The actor had a special appearance in the climax of Ranveer starrer Simmba which hit the screens in 2018. 

Sooryavanshi also stars Katrina Kaif as the female lead and marks her reunion with Akshay after a decade. Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Niharica Raizada, Vivan Bhatena, Sikandar Kher, Nikitin Dheer and Jaaved Jaaferi will be seen in supporting roles. 

The story of the cop drama is by Rohit while the screenplay is penned by Yunus Sajawal. While Farhad Samji, Sanchit Bendre and Vidhi Ghodgadnkar have written the dialogues of the film. 

Meanwhile, Hiroo Yash Johar, Aruna Bhatia, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Rohit Shetty have produced Sooryavanshi under Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez In association with Dharma Productions and Cape Of Good Films.

After a delay of more than a year due to the coronavirus pandemic, Sooryavanshi is set for a Diwali 2021 release that is, November 5, 2021. 

The rejoicing news came along after Maharashtra government announced the reopening of theatres in the state from October 22, 2021.
