Soul of Doctor track: Latest tune of Sivakarthikeyan’s film will make you fall in love with Carnatic music

Recently, when Sivakarthikeyan’s Doctor came out with its first official trailer, fans were immersed in its background music. Movies with Anirudh Ravichander’s musical tend to be the talk of the town for his out-of-the-world background tracks. This time, the music maestro has come back with the latest track of the medical thriller, ‘Soul of Doctor’.

The tune seems to talk volumes about Sivakarthikeyan’s character in Doctor. His thoughts seem to convert into a ballad of Carnatic music. The music video shows Sivakarthikeyan held captive and his face covered in blood. He is forced to watch the movie’s antagonist (Vinay Rai) begin to kill an innocent young girl. The deathly stares shared between the two creates a tense environment and gets you really curious to catch a show of the medical thriller in theatres. The vocals of Niranjana Ramanan in ‘Soul of Doctor’ captivates our senses and makes us listen to the track on a loop.

Talking more about Doctor, its storyline is centred on organ trafficking and Sivakarthikeyan is bent on a mission of recruiting a ‘fake family’ to kidnap children. Can this be construed to be his way of calling for the attention of the main kingpin of antagonists involved in the deadly crime? We just have to wait and find out.
