Kay Kay Menon's Special Ops 2 finally landed on JioHotstar on July 18. The spy thriller, which is already a fan favorite, once again won hearts with the new plot. Season 2 focuses on Himmat Singh and his team combating a threat to India's digital infrastructure. Special Ops 2 consists of 7 episodes in total and they are named as Friday (1 hour), Saturday (1 hour), Sunday (48 minutes), Monday (37 minutes), Tuesday (46 minutes), Wednesday (42 minutes), and Thursday ( 57 minutes).
The new season follows the story of a scientist, Piyush Bhargava is kidnapped in Budapest. Sudheer Awasthi (Tahir Raj Bhasin), who is a classical music lover, brought Bhragava to Georgia and blackmailed him to get access to India's nuclear secrets, and the subsequent investigation into a possible cyber attack. The episodes are named after the days of the week to track the rescue operation of Bhargava and give a real-life kidnapping vibe. Himmat Singh and his team work on rescuing Bhragava as the days pass by.
