Kristen Stewart’s Spencer, a biographical drama which will see the actor essay the role of Princess Diana is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. The movie, which catches your immediate attention, will see Stewart deliver one of her most noted performances.

In an interview with Collider, the actor and director of Spencer, Pablo Larrain has talked about Diana and why people still care about her, even so many years after her passing.

“I think that there are certain people that are born in this world that have a talent, like a real physical and emotional talent to bring people together,” said Stewart.

She also says that Diana had a mutual contagious craving for human connection, which made people around her care for her and this is what people do to each other.

The actor also talks about the effect this sort of behaviour had in the stark contrast of a Royal setting.

The story of Spencer, which is directed by Pablo Larrain, will show one week in the life of Diana and her marriage to Prince Charles, which has now gone cold. The movie will not have a cradle to grave treatment.

Apart from Stewart, the movie also stars Jack Farthing, Olga Hellsing, Niklas Kohrt, Sean Harris, Timothy Spall and Sally Hawkins.

The movie, which had its premiere at the 78th Venice International Film Festival in September is set to release in theatres on November 5.
