Tom Holland has teased a mystery character with whom he shared "the coolest scene ever" in the upcoming third Spider-Man film.

The actor told Empire that the scene featured him, Marissa Tomei's Aunt May, Jon Favreau’s Happy Hogan, and a fourth mystery character. “[it’s] one of the coolest scenes I’ve ever shot […] It’s four people sitting at a table, having a conversation about what it’s like to be a superhero, and it was amazing […] The other day we watched the scene, my brother and I, and our jaws were on the floor," said Holland.

One can only wonder who the fourth person in the scene is as there have been rumours of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield reprising their roles as the superhero.

Titled No Way Home, the film opens after the events of Far from Home where Mysterio outs Peter Parker as Spider-Man. So Peter requests Dr Strange to restore the world, but without having his secret out.

The third film will see Alfred Molina return as Doctor Octopus from the original Sam Raimi Spider-Man movie, and Jamie Foxx as Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014).
