Tatsuya Endo, who has been the manga artist for Spy x Family, was associated with the film too. He supervised the project, especially for the character designs. The movie was helmed by Takashi Katagiri. Tomoya Nakamura and Kento Kaku voiced the villain duo Dmitri-Luka.
