Srijit Mukherji is back with #OnMyOwnTerm with Shotyi Bole Shotyi Kichhu Nei

Srijit Mukherji is preparing for his upcoming project, Shotyi Bole Shotyi Kichhu Nei. OTTplay was the first to report about the film which is nothing short of a casting coup. The film will feature Ritwick Chakraborty, Parambrata Chatterjee, Ananya Chatterjee, Sauraseni Maitra, Kaushik Ganguly, Kaushik Sen, Anirban Chakrabarti and others. Srijit is busy with the recce. He is seen wandering with his pet snake around his neck, riding a bike’s pillion, having a towel around his head in the simmering heat, and by the shore of a sea.

Srijit has been busy looking for the locations and he shared the glimpses on social media. While on the recce, Srijit posted a photo that showed him standing alone on a moonlit evening. The caption reads, “On my own terms…”

Shotyi Bole Shotyi Kichhu Nei went through a number of changes. Earlier, Anirban Bhattacharya and Rudranil Ghosh were supposed to play some of the key characters. In fact, they were seen at the Muharat of the film. Now, both of them are replaced. Instead, Parambrata and Rahul Arunodoy Banerjee are seen in the new photograph. Riddhi Sen and Satyam Bhattacharya were also supposed to play characters in the film. However, they are not in the new team. 

In the film, Srijit will now bring Koushik Sen, Kaushik Ganguly, Ritwick Chakraborty, Ananya Chatterjee, Kanchan Mullick, Anirban Chakrabarti, Arjun Chakraborty, Falguni Chatterjee, Sauraseni Maitra, Parambrata Chatterjee, Suhatra Mukherjee, Rahul Arunodoy Banerjee, and others together. A few days back, Srijit sat with all of them, took a photo, and posted it on social media.

Srijit named the film from the song of his film Baishey Srabon. However, the film is based on a play Ek Ruka Huwa Faisla. On the other hand, Srijit’s Padatik will also be released soon. This is his tribute to Mrinal Sen on his birth centenary. Chanchal Chowdhury and Monami Ghosh play the characters of Mrinal Sen and Geeta Sen.

Srijit collaborated with Dev in Tekka which will be released in Puja.-
