The second season of Tamil anthology series Sshhh will stream on Aha Tamil (and also through OTTplay Premium) with the shooting already underway. The streaming platform recently announced the second season while revealing that the shoot has gone on floors.
Sshhh second season goes on floors
While the concept of series and anthologies are very less in Tamil cinema, it is only now the makers are dabbling with the concept. Last year, we had reported that Aha Tamil released a four-part anthology titled Sshhh.
A Tamil version to Lust Stories, the four stories explored the taboo topic of sex and lust. In the recent, the streaming platform has announced that second season has been renewed with the project going on floors. You will be able to stream the second season of Sshhh soon on Aha Tamil and via OTTplay Premium subscription.
While not much has been made known about the second season of Sshhh, actors Aishwarya Dutta, Subash Selvam, Vedhika, Premgi Amaran, Vetri and others are part of the cast. The makers are yet to announce furth details on the crew along with the release date.
Where to watch Sshhh first season?
The first season is available for streaming via OTTplay Premium and consists of four segments titled Kamathupaal, Reload, Vaanmathi, and Eni Ellam. Each story gives a special importance in talking about varied taboo topics like sex education, and expression of lust and love by individuals from various walks of life.
Directed by filmmakers Prithivi Adithya, Vaali Mohan Das, Harish GY, and IB Karthikeyan, the series featured Srikanth, Ineya, Soniya Agarwal, Aishwarya Dutta, Mime Gopi. It was backed by Big Print Pictures, which is also bankrolling the second season.
