If there is one filmmaker who has managed to stay in the headlines throughout the pandemic and even until now, it is Zack Snyder. The reasons weren’t always merry, but the fanfare around him is a topic of dissection. He is probably one of the filmmakers with the strongest fanbase who forced a studio to bring out the Snyder Cut of Justice League by creating a movement and marching at the gates. He now returns to Netflix with Rebel Moon, an original idea divided into two parts.

While he is now away from the DCEU, which was scrapped by James Gunn and Peter Safran to make way for their DCU, he is busy shaping IPs he always wanted to, and Rebel Moon is one of them. So while Rebel Moon: Part One – A Child Of Fire has been released on Netflix and is now garnering mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike, Zack Snyder recently revealed his four favourite films, which technically reveal his inclination to telling visually charged stories on a massive scale.

Today at OTTplay, we list down the four favourite films that Zack Snyder revealed and also give you an overview of them and where you can watch them. Maybe they will help you understand Zack more, or turn you into another Snyder? Well, the chances of the latter are tough but do give it a try.
