The makers even dropped a teaser of the final location for the forthcoming season, Welcome to California.
From Hawkins, Indiana, the gang of Stranger Things has shifted to California for the fourth season. After teasing 'Welcome to California', the makers have announced the titles of the nine episodes that will be dropping on Netflix in Summer 2022. The premiere episode of season four is titled The Hellfire Club, while the second episode is Vecna's Curse, and the third one is The Monster and the Superhero.
The other episodic titles are Dear Billy, The Nina Project, The Dive, The Massacre at Hawkins Lab, Papa and The Piggyback. The makers even dropped a short hint by stating, "In the spring of 1986, the adventure continues. Stranger Things 4 returns in summer 2022."
Stranger Things season four is set in the year 1986 and has Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Cara Buono and Dacre Montgomery reprising their iconic roles.
The first season dropped on Netflix in 2016, and since then, it has been a hot favourite among the masses.
Stranger Things is a suspenseful thriller set in the deceptively average Midwestern town of Hawkins, Indiana, and is a loving homage to the '80s classic cult films that enthralled a generation. Following the disappearance of a young boy in the first season, his close-knit group of friends and family searches for answers and is drawn into a high-stakes and fatal series of events.
A mystical mystery, top-secret government experiments, and a perilous gateway connecting our world to a powerful yet sinister realm lie beneath the surface of their everyday community. The series also shows how friendships will be put to the test, and lives will be changed forever as they learn something that will affect Hawkins, and potentially the world, forever.
