Stranger Things actor Millie Bobby Brown is now reportedly married to Jake Bongiovio. The actress, according to reports, tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony which was held last weekend. They seem to have gotten married among family members only, and will host another wedding in the US soon. The couple was engaged in April 2023, also in secret. She confirmed the news on a talk show, spilling details of the romantic engagement. It now looks like they have finally said their vows too. The first dating rumours – 2021
Their dating rumours began back in June 3, 2021. It happened when Jake shared a photo with her and captioned it BFF with a heart. This sparked the first speculation, and was followed with them spotted holding hands in New York on June 17, 2021. In fact, she even got her pup Winnie for what we know now was them on a date.
Making it official the same year
The Stranger Things actor shared a loved-up selfie with her then-boyfriend, and hinted that they spent the weekend together in July 2021. By November, she shared a blurry photo with him giving her a hug and kiss. In doing so, she made them Instagram official. They even spent Christmas together.
First official public appearance as a couple – March 2022
After celebrating her 18th birthday as Barbie and Ken in February 2022, the couple made their first public appearance together at the BAFTAs held in March the same year. They came together again in May at the premiere of Stranger Things season 4.
Inseparable
The couple completed a year of dating in June 2022 and ended up sharing mushy pictures with one another quite often. Jake called Brown ‘partner for life’ in January 2023, almost as if they decided to take their relationship to the next level. A source told The Sun that The Stranger Things actor and her fiancé got married in America last weekend. “They are planning a bigger ceremony in the US later this year but now they have legally married and done all the paperwork,” the little birdie added.
