Joe Quinn, praised for his role in Stranger Things, has given a few tantalising details regarding the highly anticipated season four finale. Quinn's character Eddie Munson, who originally emerged at the start of the fourth season as the big-haired metalhead who runs the Hellfire Club and plays in a band called Corroded Coffin, is set to return, according to Deadline. As one might expect, Munson is also suspected of murder and satanic worship.

Without giving too much away about the climactic final two-and-a-half-hour episode, the actor told a news website that all he could say is that there's a guitar moment and that the magnitude and ambition are stunning.

When asked if he would return for the fifth and final season, he replied that if they didn't bring him back, he would be furious. If they had him, he would be delighted.

Before joining Stranger Things, Quinn was most known for his roles in British historical dramas such as Dickensian, Howard's End, and Les Miserables. In Catherine the Great, he co-starred with Helen Mirren as her son.

He'll next be seen in Hoard, a British independent film directed by Luna Carmoon, and he's still blown away by the success of Stranger Things, which has seen Kate Bush's song Running Up That Hill top the music charts for the first time in over four decades after it was featured in the season's premiere episode.

The show's creators, the Duffer Brothers, along with Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen, Iain Paterson, and Curtis Gwinn, produced this season. Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, and Priah Ferguson are among the series regulars returning, while Brett Gelman, Matthew Modine, and Paul Reiser have been promoted to series regulars. In recurrent roles, Jamie Campbell Bower, Joseph Quinn, Eduardo Franco, Cara Buono, Tom Wlaschiha, and Mason Dye appear.

Stranger Things season 4, volume 2 will premiere on Netflix on July 1, 2022.
