Stree 2: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor commence shooting, first pic from the sets out!

One of the most popular horror comedy in 2017 was Stree starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. The fresh on-screen couple was loved by the audience. The film was a box office success. Fans have been unable to contain their excitement ever since the second film in the series was announced. And now, here comes a good news for the fans as recent reports reveal that the crew will start filming the movie in July and now it seems that the crew started the shoot as Rajkummar shared a picture with Shraddha on his social media account. 

He captioned it, "क्या होगा जब फिर से मिलेंगे #स्त्री और #पुरुष। #Stree2"

The post received thousands of likes and comments within an hour of being released, and it clearly shows how excited fans are for the another part of the much-loved film.  

For the uninitiated, Jio Studios hosted a spectacular event and Stree 2's announcement took place there. Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, Shraddha Kapoor, and Rajkummar Rao all made stage appearances. The sequel to Stree will release on August 31, 2024.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rajkummar Rao will also be seen in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, starring Janhvi Kapoor. On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor last appeared alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. At the box office, the movie was a huge success
