Season three of the American satirical drama series Succession is almost here and the fans can’t keep calm as the latest season’s trailer has just been released. The critically acclaimed drama of HBO is gearing up for a massive come back and here are the details about the show:

What is the series about?

Succession revolves around the lives of a royal family, as the members are contemplating their future while Logan Roy (played by Brian Cox), their ageing father steps back from the biggest media firm they own. The members are fighting to control the company and the uncertainty about Logan’s health is also on a rising scale.

Where did Season 2 leave off?

Season two ends as Kendall Roy, the number one boy betrays the tycoon Logan Roy and throws a bombshell on his father’s dynasty. He named Logan “a malignant presence, a bully and a liar.” Cousin Greg has also drawn the battle lines alongside Kendall.

What is to be expected from Season 3?

HBO had revealed in an earlier statement that the next season will be having many guns-blazing battles between the Roys. The official synopsis read as “Ambushed by his rebellious son Kendall at the end of Season 2, Logan Roy begins Season 3 in a perilous position. 

When to watch the upcoming season?

The third season is announced to be out on October 17, two years to the month that the last season hit. The season will be streamed online on the popular OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar from the same date.
