Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee: Tollywood is an epicentre of discrimination

Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee has always been outspoken about his thoughts. He protests injustice and identifies the wrong deeds. He recently made an explosive comment about Tollywood.

Sujoy recently appeared on a podcast and said about Tollywood, “This is an epicentre of discrimination. No one comes here knowing all these, but they learn. People go on pilgrimages to see temples. If you come here for a pilgrimage, you will see discrimination.” 

He further said 'You are a junior artist, you are a senior artist, you are this, you are that...why bro? An artist is an artist. Stop tagging like this.' 

He said that when he started working in a celebrated Kolkata radio station, he went through many things. He was regularly bullied, which was not mere fun. He was constantly trolled about his education and intelligence.

Sujoy is a celebrated Tollywood actor who was seen in films like Belashuru and Bela Seshe.
