Singer Mika Singh has received a warning from alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar in a letter that was sent to him from prison. After Mika Singh commented on Jacqueline Fernandez's Instagram picture with Hollywood actor Jean-Claude Van Damme, a fight between the two celebrities ensued.
Mika has invited the wrath of Sukesh Chandrashekhar for his comment on Jacqueline's post, who has taken legal action against the singer.

Last week, Jacqueline posted a photo of herself with Van Damme with the caption, "Having fun in Italy Take a guess #vacation #fashion #fun." Mika retweeted that post and wrote: "You are looking so beautiful.., he is much better than #sukesh." The singer later deleted that comment.
Now, according to reports by The Times of India, Sukesh, who claims that he was purportedly dating Jacqueline, sent a legal notice to Mika for his comment.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar's legal notice
The notice was sent by Sukesh's attorney, Anant Malik, and read that Mika's comment had provoked significant public conversations about Sukesh's personality and character, resulting in a de facto media trial. The notice claimed that Mika committed a major criminal offence of defamation with his disparaging remark. It added that this may lead to a prosecution in accordance with Sections 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
"You (Mika Singh) are further directed to immediately issue an unconditional apology to our client, cease and desist from making any further false, scurrilous, defamatory, and disparaging statements, and cause any further harassment to our client", the notice stated.
