Suniel Shetty confirms Hera Pheri 3 teaser to be out during IPL season

Suniel Shetty played a huge tease as he confirmed Hera Pheri 3 teaser shoot and release date. "I think it (Hera Pheri 3 teaser) is expected to release around the IPL," the actor told Amar Ujala during an interview for his upcoming period-drama, Kesari Veer. While sharing the news, the actor also confirmed that it is the same team with a different film, just how it was with Hera Pheri and Phir Hera Pheri.

Priyadarshan and the team of Hera Pheri are now like a family and there's always fun, Shetty affirmed. Although the director returns after helming the first part, the energy on set, especially between Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Gopi Kishan actor Suniel Shetty, who play Raju, Baburao Ganpatrao Apte and Shyam in the film, is still the same. "When we the three of us met, it is so ‘masti-bhara’ (super fun). To tell you the truth, there should be a danger sign. Because when the three of us come together, the people around us go crazy trying to keep us line," Shetty shared.

Hera Pheri 3 schedule update

Although the teaser for Hera Pheri 3 has been shot, the movie would go on floors in 2026. This is because Priyadarshan and Akshay Kumar are currently busy shooting for Bhooth Bangla and wish to wrap up the horror-comedy before taking on the cult-classic film.
