Suniel Shetty's son Ahan Shetty might have just signed his fourth movie after Tadap, Border 2 and Shaad Ali's untitled film. The latest update is that the actor could end up working with Bengali director Birsa Dasgupta. Here's everything we know so far...
Ahan Shetty, who is currently working on Border 2 with Sunny Deol (Gadar 2) and Varun Dhawan (Badlapur), might have just landed his fourth film. A source told Hindustan Times, "Ahan has signed an actioner which will be directed by renowned Bengali director Birsa Dasgupta, and is being produced by Shibasish Sarkar and Ribhu Dasgupta." Although the action-drama is currently untitled, the makers plan an official announcement after finalizing the female lead, is what we hear from the little birdie. The movie is expected to go on floors in October after Ahan wraps up Border 2 shoot.
Athiya Shetty decided to quit Bollywood after working on Motichoor Chaknachoor. She got married to Indian cricketer KL Rahul and is currently embracing motherhood. Papa Shetty confirmed the same in various interviews by stating how Athiya is enjoying her motherhood phase and wishes to continue doing that.
Suniel Shetty was elated to work on Hera Pheri 3 (which would have marked the reunion for him, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and director Priyadarshan after the original Hera Pheri) and just before the movie (which might have taken Phir Hera Pheri's story ahead) could go on floors, Paresh Rawal, who plays the iconic role of Baburao in the film franchise, decided to quit the film. Soon after, Suniel Shetty was questioned about the situation, while actor-producer Akshay Kumar sued Rawal and has now confirmed that the case is in court. We are yet to hear a verdict in the case.
