Jaat is one of the most-awaited action films of Sunny Deol, and it will hit theaters on April 10. Gopichand Malineni's directorial revolves around a man seeking revenge after his family and village are harmed by a ruthless villain. Ahead of the release of the film, Sunny was last seen in Gadar 2, opened up about the possibility of a sequel, and shared why it may or may not happen.

Sunny Deol on Jaat 2

During Pinkvilla Masterclass, Sunny Deol was asked to share a possibility of Jaat 2 as he is gearing up for the release of the action film. 

In response, he shared the trend of making a part 2 of a film is very high right now and as per him, everyone first thinks of the story, tell him that its part 2 must be made, so take that story in that way and he said that this is how it has become a way of the norm. 

Sunny added, “And definitely ek picture chalegi aur woh character logon ko accha lagega and jo cheezein pasand aayi tabhi uska part 2 banta hai nahi toh nahi ban sakta (And definitely if a movie becomes a hit and people like that character and only if they like the things, then its part 2 can be made, otherwise it cannot be made).”

As per reports, Jaat will have 6 villains and eight female actors have joined Sunny Deol to fight against them. These 8 actresses are - veteran actor Zarina Wahab, Saiyami Kher, Regena Cassandra, Bandhavi Sridhar, Moumita Pal, Vishika Kota, Praneeta Patnaik, Doulath Sulthana and Ayesha Khan.

Sunny will be seen as Jaat who seeks revenge after his family and village are hurt by the ruthless Ranatunga, a criminal empire boss. Ranatunga will be played by Randeep Hooda. The story emphasizes fighting for what is right, even at personal cost.
