Malayalam film, Surabhila Sundara Swapnam, will be making its OTT debut soon. The movie, which is directed by Tony Mathew, will be streaming on Sun NXT and OTTplay Premium from August 1.
The movie will begin streaming on the popular digital platform from 12 am on August 1. So far, no other Malayalam film is slated to make its online debut on the same date.
Paul Viji Varghese, Rajalakshmi Rajan, and Dayyana Hameed are the lead actors of this family drama. Sony Sojan, Beena Thankachan, Stebin, Subin Thidanadu, Kungfu Sajith, Sanju Nedunkunnel, Sanu Babu Mamparambil, Jayakumar Arayankavu and Vishnuraj V R play supporting roles in this movie. The director himself has penned the script for the film, which is bankrolled by Sumith Sukumaran under the banner of Fantasy Frames. Justin Joseph is the cinematographer and Boby Rajan has helmed the edit works.
On August 14, 2024, Surabhila Sundara Swapnam's first look poster was released. The audience gave the movie's song "Theerathe" good feedback. It was released in November 2024 and was written by Shafi, composed by Electronic Kili. Padma Niranjana had sung this soundtrack. The Tamil version of Sreenath Bhasi's Azadi and Dhyan Sreenivasan's comedy drama, Aap Kaise Ho, was recently made available on the same platform.
Vinay Forrt's Samshayam and Dileesh Pothan-starrer Ronth made its OTT premiere this week. While Samshayam is streaming on Manorama Max, Ronth is available in multiple languages on JioHotstar as well as OTTplay Premium. Dhyan Sreenivasan's Super Zindagi and Anaswara Rajan's latest flick Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal will soon be viewable on the Manorama Max. Recent Malayalam films to begin streaming online includes Tovino Thomas' Narivetta on Sony LIV via OTTplay Premium, Detective Ujjwalan on Netflix and Ranjith Sajeev's United Kingdom of Kerala on Amazon Prime Video.
