Surprise! Third single from Vijay's Varisu to be out tomorrow at THIS time

The team of Thalapathy Vijay's Varisu threw a pleasant surprise to the fans of the actor. The makers announced that the third single, Soul of Varisu will be out tomorrow. The film's composer Thaman dedicated the song to his mother and wrote on his social media handle, "#SoulofVarisu @actorvijay Vijay Anna’s Fav It’s For U Amma Coming to Hug Ur Ears For Years We all Love Our Mother Right Dedicating this Track to them Love U Amma #VarisuThirdSingle #VarisuMusic #Varisu (sic)." He also called it Vijay's favourite number in the film.

In the meantime, we hear that the final cut of the film is out and that the team is pretty happy about it. Varisu, helmed by Vamshi Paidipally is said to be a family drama and action entertainer. The film has Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady, marking her maiden collaboration with Vijay. (This is her second film in Tamil after Sultan opposite Karthi).

The supporting cast includes Prakash Raj, Sarathkumar, Prabhu, Jayasudha, Shaam, Srikanth, Khushbu, Yogi Babu, Sriman, Sangeetha Krish, Samyuktha Shanmughanathan, Nandini Rai, Ganesh Venkatram, VTV Ganesh, John Vijay, Bharath Reddy, Sanjana among a few. Cinematography is by Karthik Phalani and editing is by Praveen KL. 

Two singles from Varisu, Ranjithame and Thee Thalapathy have already been released. While Ranjithame is sung by Vijay himself along with MM Manasi, Thee Thalapathy sung by Silambarasan TR is considered a fanboy tribute to Vijay. Both the singles have gone on to become chartbusters. Thee Thalapathy was also a tribute to Vijay on the occasion of his completion of 30 years in the film industry.

Varisu is slated to hit screens on Pongal 2023 and will take on Ajith's action entertainer Thunivu. Ajith's film is directed by H Vinoth and bankrolled by Boney Kapoor and marks his third collaboration with the duo after Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai.
