Survivor: Arjun oozes swag in the new promo of Zee 5's reality show

Zee 5 had announced a week ago that the reality show, Survivor, which will be streamed on their platform, apart from its telecast on Zee Tamil, will have action king Arjun as its host. The actor-filmmaker, who is making his TV debut with the unique show, had also appeared in a one-minute promo in which he said that the contestants will be required to stay in an isolated island without any form of communication with the outside world. The last surviving participant in the island will be declared as the winner. He also added that the concept of the show is based on the Tamil saying uzhaicha dhaan pizhaikka mudiyum (hard work is the key to success).

The digital platform had released a couple of stylish stills of the actor a few days ago, announcing that the show will be released soon. They unveiled another promo on Sunday, on the actor's birthday, which has the stylish actor oozing oodles of swag as he is seen coming out of his SUV car. He is seen trying out different costumes for the photoshoots related to the show, and the promo ends with the dialogue 'you better survive to be a survivor'. Sivakarthikeyan, who played the protagonist in Arjun's last outing, Hero, had released the first promo of the show, the participants of which including celebs, will be announced later. 

Arjun, who has Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham and Virunnu in Malayalam, has Khiladi in Telugu apart from Medhavi and Friendship in Tamil, awaiting releases. While multi-starrer flick Marakkar has been postponed to next year, Friendship will have him sharing screen space with cricketer-turned-actor Harbhajan Singh. The actor had last hit headlines for having built a Hanuman temple in Chennai, which according to him, was a dream he pursued for close to two decades.
