Rumi Jaffery confirms film on Sushant Singh Rajput-Rhea Chakraborty's romance

Rumi Jaffery confirmed penning a story based on Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty's romance. Recalling their dynamics, Rumi said that while Sushant would be very restless, Rhea tried to calm him down. "He couldn’t sit still for even a minute. I used to get exhausted just seeing him walk and talk and just being there. And his girlfriend Rhea would be on his side, trying to calm him down," he said during a recent media interaction. The filmmaker also shared details about their dynamics by stating, "His love for Rhea was nothing ordinary. She could give her life for him."

Vedang Raina to play Sushant Singh Rajput?

As per reports, Vedang Raina is likely to play the part of Sushant in the film. However, the makers have not confirmed the news so far.

Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely demise

Sushant Singh Rajput's mortal remains were recovered on June 14, 2020 (around the time of COVID-19 lockdown) from his and Rhea Chakraborty's home in Bandra, Mumbai. Although official reports have maintained that the actor committed suicide, many till date believe that is not the case. Official reports mention there was no break-in or suspicious activity hinting at murder. Nonetheless, everyone today acknowledges that Sushant was a talented young man we lost at a very early age.
