Swastika Mukherjee to undergo surgery, claims her social media post

Swastika Mukherjee will have surgery. She shared the news on social media by sharing a photo with a special person on the day of Rakhi. 

In the photo, she is seen with a middle-aged man, named, Phalguni. In her post, Swastika talked about the person, Falgunida, who has been collecting blood samples in her house for more than twenty years. “Falgunida works in SRL Diagnostics, always wearing a white dress and having a reassuring smile on his face,” she wrote. On that day, he came to the house, and before collecting blood, he took Swastika's hand and tied a Rakhi. He also told her to have courage before the surgery and said he would keep in touch after she came back from the hospital.

Swastika was touched by that show of affection, and they took a selfie together. Falgunida also asked her to seek the blessing from her late father. 

What happened to the actress? Why the surgery? Swastika did not divulge anything in her post.

Meanwhile, Swastika has no time to respite. She has been shuffling between Mumbai and Kolkata with a series of projects in Bengali and Hindi. From films to web series, the actress has been working on both media with complete command over her skills. After her performance in Ayan Chakraborti’s Nikhoj with Tota Roy Chowdhury, the actress will now be seen in a film with none other than Amitabh Bachchan. She plays a key character in Ribhu Dasgupta’s courtroom thriller, Section 84.
