Swatantrya Veer Savarkar new promo - Meet Randeep Hooda aka the most dangerous revolutionary

On the occasion of the 141st birth anniversary of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar started streaming on OTT platforms. The film is now streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. The movie stars Randeep Hooda in his directorial debut. Ankita Lokhande played Yamuna Bai, wife of Savarkar, in the film. Since its release, the makers have made sure that the buzz around the film stays solid and hence they released another intriguing promo from the film today.

Randeep Hooda took to his Instagram handle and shared the new promo for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. It features him as 'The Most Dangerous Revolutionary' Vinayak Savarkar 'Veer'. While sharing it on Instagram, along with ZEE5, Hooda wrote: "Nothing and no one can break his will to achieve Akhand Bharat! #SwatantryaVeerSavarkar now streaming, only on ZEE5."

The film is a cinematic portrayal of one of India's most controversial and influential figures during the Indian Independence struggle, Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, revered as Swatantrya Veer Savarkar.

On the occasion of the 141st birth anniversary of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also paid tribute to the freedom fighter and shared a post on his X account with the caption: “Tribute to the great freedom fighter Veer Savarkar ji on his birth anniversary, who dedicated his life in the service of the motherland."

Reacting to his post Randeep Hooda requested the audience to watch his film to know the journey of 'Influential and Visionary Revolutionary.' He wrote, “On the Birth Anniversary of Most Influential and Visionary Revolutionary of Akhand Bharat #VeerSavarkar, #SwatantryaVeerSavarkar streaming now on @ZEE5India Watch His Story! Naman”

The film was released in theatres on March 22 in two languages – Hindi and Marathi. Swatantrya Veer Savarkar is streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium now.
