Netflix has finally confirmed with a teaser clip that Sweet Tooth will be concluding with season 3, which is slated to premiere on June 6. The fantasy series will mark Gus’ return with his friends in the post-apocalyptic world. The new season will come back with chilling adventures that will decide the fate of humanity and its creatures.

In the teaser clip, we get a glimpse of the new plotline, which is set in chilly Alaska, as Gus and his gang of hybrids try to find his mother and solve the mystery of their origin. “Sweet Tooth showed me that you got nothing to live for.. Until you got something to die for...” a man says in the teaser.
Created by showrunner Jim Mickle, the fantasy series is based on the comic books by Jeff Lemire and revolves around a mysterious new world where humanity is on the verge and a new species of hybrids arise (half human and half animal).
“Season 3 is an Arctic story with exciting new adventures and what we hope will be a satisfying conclusion to this epic tale. Gus is going to see a side of the world and humanity that he didn’t see in Seasons 1 or 2,” Jim Mickle shared at an event while talking about the renewal of Sweet Tooth.
The ensemble cast is led by Gus (Christian Convery), followed by his hybrid friends Jepperd (Nonso Anozie), Becky (Stefania LaVie Owen), and Wendy (Naledi Murray) in prominent roles. Kelly Marie Tran will also be making her debut as a character in Sweet Tooth’s final season.
