On realizing that the pocket of his kurta was torn when Bhide lent it to him, Popatlal picks a fight with the teacher. Popatlal lost his keys because of Bhide and Madhavi’s irresponsible behaviour, and now he is worried about where the keys would be. While he picked a fight with Bhide, the plumber Bholaram, already super anxious at this point, went missing. Although he could be at Bhide or Popatlal’s house to break their house door down, the latter believes the plumber went to his house. Popatlal starts an argument with Bhide

Madhavi apologizes to Popatlal for the situation. Since she forgot to stitch Bhide’s kurta on time (nine months back), they are stuck in the current situation – with Bhide’s house keys in Popatlal’s house, and Popatlal’s house keys lost because of the tear in the kurta.
