Since Sodhi told Roshan that he had to do 'party sharty' because she cooks well, Roshan is now not willing to cook good food for her husband. She has also become a big spender after Sodhi claimed she doesn't spend without reason. She is here for revenge since Sodhi did his 'party sharty' blaming it on her.

Drunk Sodhi episode

Sodhi tried asking his wife Roshan for permission to party with his friends, but on learning that drinks are involved, she refused outright. After learning that Sodhi might end up drunk anyway, she arranged for Popatlal and Bhide to join Sodhi’s friend Harmeet’s birthday party. Harmeet ensured that Sodhi got drunk and now, the Sardar has become Popatlal and Bhide’s headache. Somehow, they managed to get him back in the society, but required help. Dr. Hathi and Jethalal are among the two people surely involved in the plan to handle and keep Sodhi in the garden area, away from Roshan’s glare. Since Hathi is not home and the only other person could help is Taarak and Bhide could not ask Mehta for help directly, thus he involved Jethalal, who got Mehta’s help.
