Bhide and Popatlal discuss friendship post drunk Sodhi episode

Bhide starts the day with a saying about a true friend. Popatlal, who rescued Bhide from the drunk Sodhi situation, reads it out loud, thus causing a heartwarming moment. They even discuss Bhide's hand, which got fractured trying to let Sodhi enjoy the swing. Bhide further jokes that he didn't do that much for even his daughter Sonu.

Bhide and Popatlal talk about Sodhi, when the Sardaar surprises them himself. Sodhi informs them that all is well at his place, leaving the two smiling.

Sodhi talks about Roshan giving him a hug while talking about last night. This leaves Bhide surprised. Just as Bhide and Popatlal try to inform Sodhi of last night, he rushes to give Jethalal a hug on hearing his name.

Sodhi offers Purush Mandali a ride to work, they fear Anjali

Jethalal appears and Sodhi thanks him for the idea. He clears the confusion - that it was Mehta's idea. He is out to give Mehta a hug, but Bhide stops him saying Anjali might get suspicious. Sodhi rushes to him nonetheless.

The very thing they feared happened. Anjali arrived and saw Sodhi giving Taarak a hug. Sodhi states that Mehta got a hug over a poem on friendship. Hearing that, Anjali demands to listen to the poem too. Thus, Mehta says he's getting late for office and leaves.

Sodhi offers to drive everyone to work. Bhide stops him saying he'll go on his scooter Sakharam, but Sodhi insists on driving them in his jeep. Jethalal then convinces Bhide by stating that Mehta cannot be late or his boss would mentally harass him.

Anjali informs Roshan of ‘the plan’ to rescue drunk Sodhi

Anjali, who is already aware about what has happened, vows to let Roshan know what happened last night. She is now out to prove her friendship to the Mahila Mandal.

Sodhi announces that he would treat the Purush Mandali to party sharty and gets a strict warning from Bhide. Popatlal agrees, and Sodhi changes his statement to Soda Party. Jethalal agrees to it, and so do others.
