Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) has completed 4094 episodes. Last week i.e. for the week of episode 4089-4094, a lot happened. However, one theme was constant and that were the elections. Gokuldham society got divided to support two politician brothers. One can only imagine the aftermath of it. Here are more details on everything that happened…
Popatlal almost married
Poptlal almost got married, through an arranged marriage. It got rejected, and he was furious.
Weird demands by Chana Kumar
Gokuldham society members were in a fix and had to help politician Chana Kumar out, and meet his weird demands. One of them happened to be a mandap. Taarak Mehta reached out to Bagha, who works for Jethalal’s Gada Electronics, since they needed the mandap ready within an hour.
Another is when they cannot find nimbu for nimbu paani. A frustrated Taarak asks Jethalal till when will they continue searching for lemons. Bhide comes to their rescue, since he anyway stocks up on lemons for achaar.
Gokuldham vs Gokuldham
While Jethalal is helping Chana Kumar, Bhide is with Kurmura Kumar. This brings in a lot of tough situations for the residents of Gokuldham society.
One incident is when lemon goes into Iyer’s eyes, but the members are stopped from even helping him out. Whether his wife Babita or Dr. Hathi, they all get scolded to come near Jethalal, Iyer, Sodhi and Taarak, who are helping Chana Kumar out. On hearing so, Sodhi snaps back.
Bhide also ended up pushing an MLA, which caused Inspector Chaalu Pandey to come to the premises and stop the fight. Things kept taking a turn for the worse. Jethalal is under arrest too.
Jethalal’s trouble
Since there was a tag of ‘daani’ (loan shark) in front of Jethalal’s poster, he came into a lot of trouble. A crowd gathered outside of Gada Electronics. A sly man even entered the shop and tried to blackmail Jethalal for money. Thankfully, him being a businessman came handy and he dealt with the matter accordingly.
