Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most loved Indian sitcoms. The show, produced by Asit Kumarr Modi, has been running successfully on Sony Sab. The sitcom also streams on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium. For a while now, the makers of TMKOC have been treating the audience to the show's interesting snippets on YouTube. The streaming platform recently dropped a video, which highlights Gokuldham Society members being worried about the spiked price of lemons. The footage also covers Jethalal and Popatlal blaming Bhide for spoiling Sunita's tomatoes.

The video, shared by SonyLIV on YouTube, begins with Rita Reporting informing people about the spiked price of lemons in the market, followed by the growing tension amongst the people due to the same reason. The latter half of the episode featured ladies of Gokuldham Society stepping out to buy lemons.
Much to their dismay, vegetable vendor Sunita informs them about how lemons were stolen from her cart. That's when Jethalal, his father and Popatlal join the conversation. Once the ladies are done buying the veggies, Bhide arrives on his scooter, which leads to Popatlal falling on the ground and Sunita's tomatoes spilling on the ground.
Further, when Sunita asks Popatlal to pay the price of tomatoes, he blames Bhide for the entire fiasco and so does Jethalal.

For the uninitiated, Mandar Chandwadkar, who plays Bhide, is a mechanical engineer profession. The actor quit his job in Dubai to pursue a career in acting. Earlier, speaking with ETimes TV, Chandwadkar said, "I struggled till 2008. I am a mechanical engineer by profession and was working in Dubai. I quit my job and returned to India in 2000 as I wanted to pursue a career in acting. Acting has always been my passion since childhood."
