Karthik G Krish is the director of the film that also stars Abhimanyu Singh, Yogi Babu, Munishkanth
Siddharth, who was last seen in the action drama Maha Samundram alongside Sharwanand, Aditi Rao Hydari, looks set for another major release in Telugu and Tamil. His long-delayed project Takkar will be out in both languages later this month on May 26. Divyansha Kaushik plays the female lead in the action romance written and directed by a debutant Karthik G Krish.
While the teaser of the film and a video song Kayyale was out recently, the makers unveiled another track, Pedhavulu Veedi Maunam, today. Nivas K Prasanna is the music composer for the actioner. Deepak Blue, Chinmayi Sripada have crooned for the warm, mellowed feel-good melody with lyrics by Krishna Kanth. The track leaves you in a trance with its intimate vibe.
The song starts with Divyansha surprising Siddharth with her presence in a room and they spend quality time together later. The lyrics express the inner feelings of the lovestruck couple, how they find solace in each other’s company. Offering a peek into their mind with his vivid, poetic expressions, Krishna Kranth’s lyrics is the lifeline of the number complemented by beautiful singing.
Both Deepak and Chinmayi do complete justice to the song’s ambience and the composer Nivas K Prasanna’s basic instrumentation is another added advantage. The song works like a calming influence on the soul and is certain to enjoy terrific repeat value. Abhimanyu Singh, Yogi Babu, Munishkanth, and RJ Vigneshkanth are cast in other important roles in the film.
TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal are producing the film under People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts in collaboration with Passion Studios. Will the delayed release affect its prospects or can it spring a surprise amidst a dull season for Telugu cinema? Vanchinathan Murugesan is the cinematographer and GA Gowtham is the editor. Udaya Kumar K is the art director.
