Tansener Tanpura actress Rupsa Chatterjee to tie the knot

This wedding season, a number of Tollywood stars, including Parambrata Chatterjee, Darshana Banik and Saurav Das, and Sandipta Sen, got married. Now, actress Rupsa Chatterjee is set to host her social wedding. She already had a legal marriage last year. The actress will have her wedding in December 2024. She shared the wedding date and the menu.

Rupsa, a known face on television, has been in a relationship with Sayandeep Sarkar for a long time. Their fans were waiting for their social marriage. The actress will marry on December 15. In an interview with Anandabazar Online, she said, “I met Sayandeep two years ago. Then I decided to marry him. We had a legal marriage (registry marriage) in 2023. Now we will have a social marriage on December 15 in the presence of our families. Friends from the industry will be there. The reception will be on December 18.”

Rupsa said that a lavish Bengali menu will be there at her wedding, but it will be in a modern style.

Sayandeep Sarkar works in corporate. Rupsa is busy with television and web series. She played the protagonist’s sister-in-law in the serial Tnute. She also worked in Rudrabinar Abhishap and Tansener Tanpura. She will be seen in the film Binodini: Ekti Natir Upakhyan with Rukmini Maitra. Directed by Ramkamal Mukherjee, Rupsa will play Kanaklata in the film.
