Tarla teaser: Huma Qureshi is a chef with big dreams but the whistle might blow over

Huma Qureshi has turned chef Tarla. The actress will be seen playing the role in the upcoming Zee5 release. The teaser of Tarla is out now and one can see her as someone with big dreams. However, the whistle (her temper) can also blow over anytime.

The teaser is introduced with the nostaglic tiffin box and pressure cooker. With that, you can almost smell the kitchen in your home.

Tarla, however, was known for experimenting with desi food. Thus, the dishes displayed are also not from your regular kitchen. They are what makes for a food blog.

Huma is introduced as Tarla, who is simmering the pot. Soon, Sharib Hashmi is seen in the role of her husband. He is the one who is presented with great food every single night.

As the story progresses, one can see Tarla becoming passionate about what she does – cooking. However, one day, due to an incident, she cannot stand staying in her kitchen either.

On another day, she cannot help but dance with her three kids because of how happy she is. With that, Tarla takes her first step to teaching everyone how to cook food.

Tarla is directed by Piyush Gupta. The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Nitesh Tiwari.

The movie will be a direct-to-OTT release. It will stream on Zee5. The release date for the same is yet to be announced.
