Telugu viewers have options aplenty to choose from - both in theatres and OTT this weekend. Over a dozen films release in theatres while there are several high-profile projects in the digital medium.

Vimanam

A father-son drama is a Telugu-Tamil bilingual starring Samuthirakani, Master Dhruvan, Meera Jasmine, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Rahul Ramakrishna, Dhanraj, Naan Kadavul Rajendran, written and directed by Siva Prasad Yanala, produced by Kiran Korrapati and Zee Studios, with music by Charan Arjun.

Unstoppable

Kohinoor Kalyan, Jilani Ramdas run a film-based Youtube channel titled Unstoppable for a living. Kalyan and Ramdas lose Rs 10 lakh each owing to a cricket bet and are under pressure to settle their dues. When they seek help from a friend, the latter accidentally transfers the money to a dreaded gangster Gnanavel Raja. Stars Vj Sunny, Sapthagiri, Nakshatra, Aqsa Khan, directed by Diamond Ratna Babu.

Takkar

Stars Siddharth, Divyansha, Abhimanyu Singh, Yogi Babu, Munishkanth, RJ Vigneshkanth, the Tamil-Telugu bilingual is written and directed by Karthik G Krish and produced by TG Vishwaprasad, Abhishek Agarwal under People Media Factory, Abhishek Agarwal Arts and Passion Studios.

University

Headlined by Narayana Murthy, University is backed by Sneha Chitra Pictures. The story revolves around issues associated with the education system and medicine and provides formidable solutions to address them.

Intinti Ramayanam

Stars Naresh, Rahul Ramakrishna, Navya Swamy, Surabhi Prabhavathi, Gangavva, Anji Mama, Chevella Ravi, Jeevan, Radhika, Stefen Madhu, the rural drama is written and directed by Suresh Naredla and with music by Kalyani Malik.

Anantha

Directed by Madhu Babu, Anantha is a scientific thriller starring Prashant Karthi Ritika Chakraborty, Anish Kuruvilla, Laya Simpson, Srinivas J Gaddam, Ramesh K, Anil Kumar, and Keerthy. Ghantasala Viswanath provides the music.
