After leaving the audience impressed with their collaboration in Raanjhanaa and Atrangi Re, actor Dhanush, and filmmaker Aanand L Rai have reunited for a film titled Tere Ishk Mein. Ever since the project was announced, the excitement around has been sky-high. Recently, Kriti Sanon's addition to the film has only added extra buzz. While waiting for the film, videos and pictures of Dhanush have been doing the rounds. He is currently busy shooting for Rai's film in Delhi.
In the video, the actor and director duo is seen shooting at Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in Delhi. The video features Dhanush shooting action scenes at the college. The scene shows him running behind goons and throwing objects at them. The video also has a glimpse of Aanand L Rai. Dhanush is seen sporting a checkered shirt and jeans. He sported a moustache look for the scene. Have a look:
Soon after the video was shared online, fans were seen going gaga over it. A fan commented, "Not ready for another lifetime trauma." Another fan wrote, "Yrr tum log jaldi bnao puri movie merse wait nhi hora." One of the comments also read, "Is movie ke release hone se pahle. Ranjhanaa part - 1 re release kar do Shayad vo Apne purane record Tod De."
On January 28, the makers announced Kriti Sanon's addition to the film. It was speculated that she would play the female lead opposite Dhanush. Sharing the kickass first look of Kriti, the makers wrote on Instagram, "Some love stories are destined to rise from the flames. Witness SHANKAR and MUKTI in #TereIshkMein. From the #WorldOfRaanjhanaa - a story that’s unforgettable." The film will hit the screens on 28th November 2025.
Earlier, while speaking to PTI, Aanand L Rai spoke about the similarities between Tere Ishk Mein and Raanjhanaa. He said, "It is from the world of Raanjhanaa, but is it Raanjhanaa 2? No, it is not. When I say the world of Raanjhanaa, I’m talking from the maker's perspective, that I’m spending on the emotions which were there in Raanjhanaa."
