‘Tere rone ke din aa gaye Papa Jo’: Kangana Ranaut takes a dig at Karan Johar again after Lock Upp crosses 200 million views

Kangana Ranaut’s show Lock Upp has crossed another milestone. The show now has over 200 million views. While that happened, the actress took another dig at her nemesis Karan Johar.

Kangana took to Instagram and a part of her comment read, “Tere rone ke din aa gaye Papa Jo.” For the uninitiated, Kangana often tags Karan Johar as ‘Papa Jo’ because, according to her, he plays godfather to many in the industry.

Kangana accused Karan Johar and the ‘changu mangu sena’ of crying in private after her show crossed 200 million views. She also challenged them that the show will grow further.

This is not the first time when Kangana took a dig on Karan with regards to Lock Upp. At the grand premiere of the show, Kangana had accused Karan and others of being scared of her Lock Upp.

The actress had stated that people who never called her since five years started giving her calls after understanding that she has turned the host of a reality show. She said that these people wanted to stay on good terms with her because they feared they would be thrown in her jail.

Back then, Kangana had taken a clear dig at Karan by stating that there will be no ‘nepotism’ in her jail. She had a major fallout with the filmmaker over her comment on nepotism.

When Kangana was invited to Koffee With Karan, in order to promote her film Rangoon, Kangana had declared that Karan is the ‘flagbearer of nepotism’. Ever since, her fans and Karan’s fans have been divided over the topic and nepotism has become a huge matter of debate in and outside the industry.

Kangana joined hands with TV czarina Ekta Kapoor for Lock Upp. The show is currently streaming on AltBalaji and MX Player and can be streamed live 24x7. The episodes are unveiled every night at 10.30.
