Actor Vijay is back in Chennai after wrapping up the schedule in Bangkok. Videos of the actor at the Chennai airport have been doing the rounds since this morning. Vijay is seen casually dressed in a blue shirt and jeans and walking amid heavy security. He is also seen wearing a mask to avoid the attention of people.

Bangkok schedule wrapped up
We hear that the team filmed a chase sequence in Thailand. Actor Vijay was the last to join the set as he had to stay in Chennai for the success meet of his recent outing Leo. The schedule was supposed to be a short one spanning a mere 15 days. After the Thailand schedule, the shoot is said to resume in Chennai, where a single portion has already been filmed.

The last time Venkat Prabhu had canned a chase sequence was for Ajith's Mankatha, which went on to become a massive hit at the box office.

Prashanth on Thalapathy 68
Actor Prashanth, who is said to be playing a crucial role in the film, was recently spotted talking about the project at an event. Talking about Thalapathy 68, he said, " It is the biggest budget movie of 2024. There's a big crew, a big director and an amazing production company. It's going to be a film that everyone will enjoy."

This is the first time that Prashanth and Vijay are working on a film together. It is to be noted that during the '90s, Prashanth commanded a huge fan following and gave Ajith and Vijay a tough competition at the box office.
