Thalapathy Vijay takes a spin on a kick scooter on The Greatest of All Time sets. See video

A video of Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay riding a kick scooter on the sets of his upcoming movie The Greatest of All Time has surfaced online. Aishwarya Kalpathi, one of the producers of the movie, captioned it as "How the day started today @actorvijay sir."

In the video, Vijay can be seen having fun trying out a kick scooter on the location of the upcoming movie. The cast and crew appear to be shooting on a college campus in Russia . Vijay looks dapper in a black suit, and he has regrown his facial hair.

Vijay sported a clean-shaven look for most of the shooting in India. In the film, he plays a double role, with each character aged differently.

The filmmakers captured the imagination of Vijay's fans by revealing the looks of his characters from the movie. Speculations were rife about The Greatest Of All Time being a remake of the Hollywood movie Gemini Man soon after the release of the poster.

The 2019 Hollywood blockbuster stars Will Smith in the lead role and depicts the struggles of a retired assassin haunted by a younger, stronger, and faster clone of himself, forcing the seasoned assassin to run for his life.

However, director Venkat Prabhu dispelled all rumours by confirming that the movie was not a remake. "It's an original script," Ventak told reporters earlier while refusing to discuss the details of Vijay's dual avatar.

The production of The Greatest Of All Time is in its final stages. Following the Russia schedule, the producers will focus on the film's post-production. Venkat revealed that he can only confirm the release date of the film once he receives clarity on how long it will take the special effects team to complete their work on the film.

However, The Greatest Of All Time will definitely hit the screens this year.
