Studio Green has confirmed the period action drama film’s global release date as January 26. Speaking of the latest, English actor Daniel Caltagirone, who is playing a significant role in the movie, recently shared an update that he has begun dubbing for his scenes in Chennai. Thangalaan is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on January 26, 2024.

Daniel has begun dubbing for Thangalaan at Chennai, and the actor seems to be quite excited about it. “Thangalaan looks awesome!!,” he said, delighting both Vikram and Ranjith fans. With music by GV Prakash Kumar, the upcoming movie’s cast also includes Parvathy, Malavika Mohanan, Pasupathi, Muthukumar, Hari Krishnan, Preethi and Arjun Prabhakaran. Set against the backdrop of the Kolar Gold Fields during the British era, the film is produced on a grand scale by KE Gnanavel Raja’s Studio Green, with Ranjith’s Neelam Productions overseeing production on a first-copy basis.
