The makers of JioHotstar’s upcoming show titled The 50 have revealed two new names and internet personalities who will be joining the reality show. After Neelam Giri’s confirmation and a golden ticket of The 50, TV actress Chahat Pandey has also greenlit the series. “To muje aaya hai Lion ka Bulawa aur mein ja rahi hu The 50 mein,” Chahat shares in the promo clip. Fans quickly showered the post with red hearts.
A few moments later, MTV Splitsvilla X4 winner Hamid Barkzi also confirmed his entry in the reality show. He introduced himself as a proud winner of several reality shows as he gears up for The 50. “Ab kya jeetu, ab kya jeetu? (What should I win next? Bulava aaya hai Lion ke mahal ka,” Hamid says in the clip. For the unversed, Hamid Barkzi also emerged as the winner of Roadies Revolution.

The 50 is loosely inspired by the French show, Les Cinquante, and will center around the eponymous contestants as they battle against the odds to stay at the Lion’s opulent palace. Previously, the makers had also confirmed Shiny Doshi, Dushyant Kukreja, Karan Patel, Mr. Faisu aka Faisal Shaikh), Divya Agarwal, Mona Lisa and her husband, and Vikrant Singh Rajpoot. There are also speculations that Farah Khan might host the reality show since she appeared in some promos.
