Based on Money Game and Pie Game webtoons, The 8 Show is an upcoming K-Drama, which is written by Bae Jin-Soo.

About The 8 Show
The 8 Show follows 8 individuals, who are desperately in need of money. One fine morning, they are offered to participate in a reality game show named, Money Game, which will fulfil their dreams along with a staggering 44.8 billion Won (Korean currency). However, the real twist is that the participants must endure 100 days inside a concrete studio with absolutely nothing inside to keep them company. As the days pass by, the contestants will be forced to confront not only the harsh realities of their confinement but also the complexities of human nature under duress. If they can hang in there for 100 days, they can divide the winning prize equally among them.
What does the teaser show?
The announcement video shows a dark theatre hall with a young man walking towards the stage and the spotlight follows him. He finds a red envelope on a table after reaching the stage. Then he enters backstage and finds a weird empty room. Soon the other members are introduced one by one and they also open the envelopes. The red envelopes are actually the invitations for the game.
Lastly, the video introduces all the star-cast, including Ryu Jun-Yeol, Cheon Woo-Hee, Park Jeong-Min, Lee Yul-Eum, Park Hae-Jun, Lee Joo-Young, Moon Jeong-Hee, and Bae Seong-Woo.
