The Bengal Files: Right to Life, initially titled The Delhi Files: The Bengal Story, is the third story after Vivek Agnihotri's The Tashkent Files and The Kashmir Files. On August 15, the makers dropped the trailer release date and also shared a powerful poster of the film. The makers promise to deliver an even stronger and more compelling narrative with The Bengal Files.

On August 15, the makers announced that the trailer for The Bengal Files would be released on August 16. They also shared a poster. The trailer launch event will take place in Kolkata. 

The Bengal Files is written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri and produced by Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi and Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri. It stars Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, Anupam Kher, and Darshan Kumar.

The film, presented by Tej Narayan Agarwal & I Am Buddha Productions, is part of Vivek’s Files trilogy, which includes The Kashmir Files and The Tashkent Files. The film will arrive in theatres on September 5, 2025.
