The Big Picture promo: Rohit Shetty, Katrina Kaif promote Sooryavanshi with Ranveer Singh

After Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, Ranveer Singh is ready to welcome new guests on his show The Big Picture, during the Diwali weekend. Rohit Shetty and Katrina Kaif are all set to grace his show in order to promote Sooryavanshi. Interestingly, Ranveer is also a part of Sooryavanshi. In fact, he is a pivotal part of it, considering Sooryavanshi actually originated from his movie Simmba.

Ranveer introduced Rohit on the show as 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'. The reference is not only to the Rohit-hosted show but also the fact that all his movies have high-end action and cars blowing up. The actor then welcomed Katrina Kaif as 'the one, the only silver star'. She entered the show on the song Mashallah, from her movie with Salman Khan, Ek Tha Tiger. Sooryavanshi stars Akshay Kumar as the lead actor. He, however, could not be a part of the promotions. The movie also features 'Singham' Ajay Devgn who was also absent from the show. Sooryavanshi is the third film under the Rohit Shetty cop franchise. The franchise began with Singham, continued with Simmba and now, Sooryavanshi. Produced by Karan Johar, the film is slated to release in theatres on November 5. Previously opting for a 2020 release, Sooryavanshi had to be delayed owing to the COVID-19 situation.
