The Book of Boba Fett is a spin-off of The Mandalorian.

Fans of the iconic Star Wars franchise have been excited for The Book of Boba Fett since it was revealed at the end of The Mandalorian season two. Disney+ have given the fans some news to rejoice, as the show will now release on December 29.
In India, the show will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar, confirmed the streamer with a poster.
“The Book of Boba Fett will see the titular bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the Galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate, according to a synopsis quoted by Deadline.
The show’s first glimpse was unveiled by the end of The Mandalorian season 2 finale.
Bib Fortuna, Jabba the Hutt's old right hand man, was shown sitting on his throne in his palace. Fennec entered to execute most of the beings present there only for Boba Fett to take his place on the throne. This was followed by an official announcement of the spin-off.
The cast has Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand. Robert Rodriguez is executive producer along with Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, who created The Mandalorian.
The Book of Boba Fett is one of the many project Disney has in the works related to the Star Wars universe built by George Lucas.
While Star Wars: Visions, an animation anthology came out last week, shows such as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Andor are yet to be out.
