Sonali Bendre will make her OTT debut in The Broken News on June 10. Hrithik Roshan took to Instagram to support his friend as she forays into the digital world. The Bollywood hunk has previously expressed his support for all his friends.

He posted the teaser for The Broken News to his Instagram account with the remark "Woah Sonz!! Looking Amazing!!, She's back" using the fire emoji.

Sonali made her Bollywood debut in 1994 with Aag opposite Govinda. Her breakthrough came with the film Diljale, in which she starred alongside Ajay Devgan. She was an immediate success in Bollywood, appearing in films like Hum Saath Saath Hain, Kal Ho Na Ho, Sarfarosh, and plenty of others. The actress has also served as a judge on reality tv series such as India's Got Talent and Indian Idol 4.

The actress was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and has remained absent from the industry ever since.

The Broken News is among the most anticipated series of the year, with fans eagerly anticipating the appearance of such a stellar ensemble. Vinay Waikul directs the show, which stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Taaruk Raina, Indraneil Sengupta, Faisal Rashid, Kiran Kumar, Aakash Khurana, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya. The digital series is based on the British drama Press. The programme will be available on the streaming platform ZEE5 on June 10.
