The Dhanush and Shekhar Kammula biggie to go on floors during this time

Dhanush is one actor who has a massive Pan-India popularity. He does films in multiple languages and just made his Telugu debut with the film Sir which was directed by Venky Atluri. The film has become a good hit and gave a new lease of stardom for Dhanush in the Telugu states. Sithara Entertainments and Trivikram produced this film.

Apart from this film, Dhanush has also signed yet another Telugu film with popular director Shekar Kammula. The film was also launched in a big way a few months back. One of the close sources from the Kammula team has revealed to us that the pre-production is almost done and the makers are all set to take the film on the floors by the last week of April.

As of now, Dhanush is busy shooting for his prestigious film Captain Mailler. He will be done with its shoot by the end of March and will take a small break. Once he is done with it, he comes back fresh and starts Shekar Kammula's film and shoots it in a long schedule as per the news. The film is a social drama with a romance angle.

Asian Cinemas Sunil Narang and his team are producing this film on a big scale. This will also be Shekar Kammula's first ever direct Tamil film in his career. His last film, Love Story did not create the impact that Kammula expected. He has now prepared a subject that will suit Dhanush's stature and that is the reason he is going all out.
