The Diplomat starring John Abraham and Sadia Khateeb is based on a true story. The film follows an Indian diplomat, J.P. Singh (Abraham), who is tasked with bringing back an Indian woman, Uzma Ahmed (Khatib), from Pakistan, where she was allegedly lured into a forced marriage. It highlights JP Singh's efforts to bring Uzma back to India, and during the process, he faces complex diplomatic challenges and the dangers posed by the situation.
