As per the tracking portal Sacnilk, The Girlfriend recorded its best numbers on day 3, making Rs 3 crore, which is a decent figure. With this, the total collections of the film stand at Rs 7 crore net worldwide.
Considering the positive word of mouth, these collections are quite low. However, the makers are happy that the numbers are showing an upward trend. The film will be tested from Monday onwards, and if it holds its fort, it could surely earn profits for the makers in the days to come.
